Personal information collected for our rewards program “Haus Rewards” will only be used for that rewards program. Including but not limited to mailings, coupons, emails, tracking of purchases & tracking rewards earned.
Personal information collected for a purchase will only be used for the purposes of that transaction. If you are a member of our rewards program we will use your information in accordance with our rewards program policies listed below.
Personal information may also be used in reference to a previous transaction. Including but not limited to product recalls, warranty information & issues with the transaction itself.
We are very conscious of the frequency of which we send out mailing and/or emails. We strive to keep our contact to a minimum and will only send information for major events or sales.
If you do not wish to have your personal information used to contact you, we will respect your wishes and remove you from our mailing list.

The Sportsman & Ski Haus team prides itself on providing exemplary customer service. Our overriding policy is to ensure customer satisfaction and provide the best experience possible. Sportsman & Ski Haus requires a 20% down payment, with a payment due every 30 days. Full payment is due within 90 days. Merchandise not fully paid for and picked up within 90 days will be returned to stock and all deposits and payments forfeited, unless special arrangements are made.
Special Order Policy
All Special Orders Require a 50% deposit.
“Haus Rewards” – Customer Rewards Program
Rewards card must be presented for every purchase.
Due to computer system limitations, past purchases and purchases where rewards cards were not used can not be subsequently added to “Haus Rewards.”
Purchases at either Sportsman & Ski Haus Location count toward goal dollar amount. Reward is given as a discount on future purchase. Reward is not available until the day after the qualifying transaction. Reward must be used on a single purchase of reward amount or more.
Rewards have no cash value. Only purchases made after 5/14/2007 qualify toward goal dollar amount. Special Order and Layaway transactions only apply toward goal after payment in full. Special Order and Layaways initiated prior to signing up for “Haus Rewards” will not apply toward goal dollar amount. Purchases of Gift Cards are exempt from this program. Total Rewards amount must be used in a single transaction. Returns will decrease goal dollar amount accrued.
Returns and Exchanges
IMPORTANT: To make returns and exchanges easy, please include your receipt with the item(s).
If you do not have your receipt, please give us as much information about your purchase as possible. If we can't locate a record of your purchase, we will reimburse you with a merchandise credit for hte current selling price, or replace the item.
There are certain situations where we may require a receipt or decline a return or exchange:
- Items with no label or an item that has been defaced
- Items that we have not carried or sold or that were not purchased from us
- Rarely, based on the nature of prior transactions
- Items that are soiled or contaminated, until they have been cleaned
- Items lost or damaged due to fire, flood or natural disaster
- Returns on ammunition

We’re big on family here at The Sportsman & Ski Haus. As a locally owned, employee-owned company, we consider our customers part of our extended family. When you come to us for a product or a service, we want you to be satisfied. It’s an old concept . . . treating one another fairly and with honesty.
If something is not performing, holding up, or fitting as you believe it should, let us know. We will follow up with the company of its origin, or take care of it ourselves if it is not otherwise covered. Our guarantee covers our services as well; including custom boot fitting, ski & snowboard mounting, ski, snowboard and bike tuning & repair, firearm & archery services, and golf club fitting. We’ll even back our golf lessons, based on Trackman analysis.
Please retain your receipts for warranty issues. We are always here to help our customers with their warranty issues and will handle the shipping and paper work for you whenever possible. Please note that although we are happy to facilitate the warranty process we cannot guarantee what the result from the vendor will be.
