Q: What is the difference between a Gift Card and an E-Gift Card?

Gift Card
  • Is a physical gift card.
  • Is mailed by USPS.
  • Generally takes one business day to process + shipping time.
E-Gift Card
  • Is a digital gift card.
  • Is sent through email.
  • Is available for use the following business day.

Q: Is it possible to order multiple gift cards in one order?

A: Yes! You may order as many gift cards (physical or digital) as you want in a single order.

Q: I want to send physical gift cards to multiple mailing addresses; can this be achieved in a single order?

A: No, if you want to send "physical" gift cards to multiple different addresses, you will have to create separate orders for each address. However, you could always send the order to one address, then forward the gift cards as you desire.

Q: I want to send e-gift cards to multiple email addresses; can this be achieved in a single order?

A: E-gift cards will always be sent to the email address on your account. Each e-gift card is its own attachment and you could then forward the email attachments as you desire.

Q: I don't have a printer! Can I still redeem my e-gift card?

A: Yes! All we need is the card number, whether it's on your phone, tablet or handwritten on papyrus, we should be able to find a way to make it work!

Q: I purchased an E-Gift Card, but I am not seeing it show up in my email inbox?

A: Be sure to check your spam, junk or promotions folders.

Q: Will a tracking number be provided for gift card orders?

A: A tracking number can be made available upon request.
